"I just bought this 1986 champion with a 175 black maxx. The trim pump and cylinders do not leak at all the electric motor was replaces last year along with the relays. The motor trims up good for a second then it starts going very slow then pops the breaker. I just need to know if anyone knows what else would affect the trim other than the electric motor and the relays, the fluid is brand new also. Please help if you can.. Thanks"
