15hp Tiller to Remote Conversion

Hello,
Is it possible to convert a 1996 Johnson 15hp from tiller to remote steering, shift, throttle? Model #J15REDD.

Yes it is.-----Many left the factory with remote controls.--Finding the conversion kits may be a problem.----A donor motor or search on E-bay may work.----Could be expensive if you want to do this in a hurry.

My throttle and shifter cables are very seized up and the throttle cable barely moves. Is there any way to lube these parts?
 
Also, do you know of any ways I could install remote steering to the motor? I was planning on using a support tube and some hose clamps, but I don't know if that's what I'm supposed to do.
