15hp evinrude coolant passages

Hi guys I have been working on this 15hp 87 motor for almost a year. I got the motor for free. I have done everything that was broken on it. Last issue is my coolant flow. When engine running I don't get any water flow from the small port on bottom of the cover. See videos.
I flow air to see where it is going and I get air through the thermostat housing and in block , on return way down it goes back out the bottom through the shaft housing, see video of air and water test.

Take the head off. And Inspect the water jackets around the cylinders. At the bottom of the water jackets are small passages for water to exit. Sometimes when the impeller breaks down. The small pieces of impeller are pushed up the water tube and get lodged in the cylinder head water ports

Thank you for help. I just fixed it. It was clogged. I blew air and it unclogged. Now water flows like it should
