15hp 4 stroke control and trim questions

I have a 15 4st kicker. The forward reverse cable to the quicksilver controller broke. Since I use a Trollmaster throttle, I'd like to eliminate the quicksilver altogether. Is there any electric solenoid or actuator type setup for shifting forward , neutral and reverse ? The power trim would be easy to adapt. Speaking of power trim- it will stay in the up position in the driveway all week, but while on the lake it settles down, Any ideas on this ? I'm not quite sure if it goes down only while the main is running or if it also settles while sitting still- I'll look into that but anyone have an idea what could couse such strange behavior ?
 
Update- it s been a while since trimmed it up in the driveway, and it won't stay up there either anymore. How hard a fix is a trim system ?
