150hp mercury power trim help

No smart a## remarks OK..... I

No smart a## remarks OK..... If u cant help with out being an a##hole don't post.... My trim will go down but wont go up.I checked the voltage and its getting plenty and it don't make any noise when I try raising it up.Any help would be nice..
