hey guys the engine charging system is working correctly but the secondary (trolling batteries ) are not charging where do i start

it has the pro sport 20 plus triple bank charger

Not familiar with that charger, but I'd be willing to bet you have a blown fuse in it/or in line. Do you have to disconnect anything when you're charging them? Or just plug it in?
