hey if my compression is at 90

hey if my compression is at 90 all around what should it be.also why when i run it for a while it seems some plugs on one side see to get dry or carbon not sure but the other side has oil on the plugs shouldnt they all look like the same

i would first chg the plugs,and thermostats,press rel valves on this eng."
