after running for a time it will bog and stall on restarts when temp is over 80 winter time runs great when outside temps cooler new power head HELP

it could be doing a heat soak, (boiling the gas out of the carbs.) before you do a restart, pump up the gas primer ball and make sure its hard, after motor is running, let it run for at least one min. then your ready to go.
