My 150 ocean runner is in shop and about to drive mechanic crazy. Will start and run fine. then the next time he goes to start it, will not start and has no fire on either bank. new stator did not correct problem. New power pack same problem, another power pack same problem. disconnected kill switch all troubleshooting tricks he knows and I could find. Spark seems to be grounded out. Does anyone have any suggestions. Are there other places where grounding can occur. I also have a merc 150 and it has a sensor on oil rers. which will ground out engine. Any help will be greatly apprecaited by my mechanic's trearpist and my wallet.
