" My 15 hp mercury outboard is not sp[urting water through its drain hole. It did this once before but the hole had a bit of weed in it. I started the engine yesterday for the first time in two seasons, and no water through drain hole again. Very few hours on this engine. Can it be plugged somewhere, and how can I fix? "
