My 15 hp evinrude runs great at higher rpms but when I slow down to idle speed it won't stay running. It will run at low speeds but I have to keep playing with the throttle. It seems the fuel supply just gets cut off. Any suggestions?

1-Could be slow speed idle mix

1-Could be slow speed idle mixture adjustment.
2-Dirt in the low speed idle tube.
3-Carb needs a cleaning and rebuild.
