Hi Guyz. How many r.p.m.'

Hi Guyz. How many r.p.m.'s should my tach. read at full throttle if I have the correct size prop??

"I took the boat out for a spi

"I took the boat out for a spin. It has a "zero hour" engine on it (I now have about 5.5 hrs. on it). The tack reads around 4900 rpm's at full throttle. I only opened it up for a minute or so, I'm afraid to "fry" something until it has a little more time on it.

Should I consider changing prop. size? or is 4900 rpm's good?
