"i have a 130 johnson that will not idle while in the water. it idles fine while on the muffs. I have totally re-worked carbs,timing pack is new power pack is new, reeds have been checked out,head pressures are 135,140,140 and 140, it also has a new head gasket. we have put a new fuel pump that is not a VRO and changed fuel lines. The miss seems to move also from one cylinder to the next."
