goit an 130 honda leaking oil fro a little elbow tube coming out of block under the oil filter on front on engine .. Any ideas of whats causing this ....only did it trimmed up

First make sure that it is not leaking down from the oil filter.

If it is definitely coming out of the tube, then you most likely have an oil leak under your powerhead. If you pull the starter and look into the flywheel cavity, there should be no oil in there. If you see it, then the crankshaft seal or sealing bolts are probably leaking oil.

Check this previous post for pictures of what he found...http://www.marineengine.com/boat-forum/showthread.php?394097-2003-honda-130-oil-leaking

its not coming from filter..its coming out of that little tube .. if it were a crank seal wouldnt it be leaking down to lower unit

It is a vent for the flywheel area. The flywheel is under the powerhead. That area is for the most part, sealed from the bottom and the top except through that vent.
