125 force hard to start

"my name is zach I have a 125 force out board i cant get it to start with out starting fluid which i know is bad runs like new after geting it started. choke works, new gas 50-1 , new gas line, new plugs, great compression, great spark. why is it i cannot get it started without starting fluid."

ok i have determined that in the inital cold start up it is not geting enough gas for the choke to work effectivly what could cause this? any info would be apprichated. thanks

"Zack, post your model number. Force had over 100 different variations of the 125. Most had twin carbs with a conventional choke system, but think maybe some had enrichment valves.

The 125's were really cobbled together so without the model number, no way of telling what they threw on your particular model...."
