Hi I am new to the boating world and just picked up a 1995 Bayliner Capri. The problem with it is I was told the stator is bad but with a charged battery and some fresh fuel the motor started right up. But now today it will not start easily. Does anyone have any suggestions. Also I discovered that the steering is frozen at the pivot tube. Any suggestions to get that apart. Thanks for any help you can give
