Was on the river and things went clunk clunk.
After being towed back in ran a compression test and came up 25# 125# 125# 125#
Its obvious #1 is shot.
Pulled the head and found debris. Small rods about 1/4" long and size of a pencil lead driven into the piston and head.
I had the carbs rebuilt last week.
Is it possible they left something behind or loose that got sucked in?
Are the cylinders sleeved and replaceable?

RCA... It's very unlikely

RCA... It's very unlikely that anything got left behind which would get drawn through. In all probability the previously clogged carburetors (running lean) had caused unseen damage to the bearings within the powerhead which eventually failed. This would result in the damage you have encountered.

The cylinder sleeves can be bored oversize or replaced.
