115 Johnson V4 SN# help

This is somewhat embarrassing, but I cannot find a serial number anywhere on this engine.
Bought a new-to-me boat.
Has a white Johnson 115 V-4
Was told it was a 2000, but I’m 99% sure that’s incorrect-not a rounded cowling.
There is NO sticker or plaque on the engine- it was either removed of painted over.
The only things I can see are-see pics

I have many concerns to address with this engine and I hope to dial things in a bit.

Also, if anybody knows of an engine mechanic that is willing to work on an old Johnson in Maine or NH, please refer me.

Thank you,
Flychucker

Post pictures of the cowling.---Pictures of the engine block.----Most parts have a 6 digit number on them.----Those mean nothing.

Decals are NOT original.-----It appears to be around a 1990 model.-----And parts are the same year after year on those.----Step #1 is to post the actual compression values.----These motors ( last marketed in 1998 ) were famous for broken piston rings.

Remove one of the high speed jets ( orifice plug ) from carburetor and post the number.---Need to determine if this is a 90 HP or 115 HP !
