115 HP mercury motor tilt and trim

I had to redo my back end of my boat and took the tilt and trim hoses apart from pump rehooked them up and cannot get it to work very frustrating trying to bleed but dont know where to bleed from its a 1973 style any one know what I can do it worked before I took apart

The vent screw is left open while operating the system to bleed air.The fill and vent screws are to the right of and above the reverse lock instructions,The screw at the pump is the vent,the lower screw in the recess is the fill.
