100 HP 4cyl Mariner

My motor is the 4 cylinder 100 hp. It has the clam shell style cowling, with the orange decals on it. It has oil injection. What I can make out on the serial number, is limited, but it looks like SOCI34863 or maybe SOC134869, or something close. It has the 3 ram style trim and tilt. I think it is about a 1990 model. Any ideas?

In the daylight, the best I can make the serial number to be is OC134869

Thanks. When I entered that number to order parts here, it came up as a 3 cylinder 70-90 hp. Then, they tried to tell me that the part I got the number from had been changed out. I can look at the paint on the these parts, and tell that the part has not been changed out.
