08 mercury 115 optimax

Hi all. Have an outboard mercury optimax on a bass boat that has had very light use winter 2 week Florida fish trips. Life got in the way the boat has sat in a heated garage for 6 years unused. What are we facing to get it up to using again? I’m sure it has less than 150 hours on the motor. Ran perfect when last used. Know it needs new batteries and fuel drained.
 
New water pump impeller.----New belt to drive compressor?----Clean VST tank.----Might be a good idea to have a shop look at it and commission this motor.----Need to check the sensors / oiling system performance before big $$ issues develop.
