I have an 06 140 suzuki 4 stroke with power trim issue. Power trim will not raise @ times . When using either switch on throttle or enigne - enigne will not raise up but will lower with switch. There is no noise at all (as though no power to unit but will lower under power just not raise. I open the manual valve an raise the unit manually then the power unit/switch starts working. Any ideas of what may be causing problem
