02 50hp mercury has no spark

My 02 50hp mercury has no spark on none of the plugs. The last time I used the boat the tach didn't move and I was getting it ready to go fishing and it would not crank. I pulled the plugs and no fire at none of the plugs. Put new plugs in and no difference. Motor has never had any problems until now.

EFI or carbureted? 4 or 2 stroke?

No spark from all 4 all at once is odd. Can’t see 4 coils going or plug wires just like that but can’t say they won’t, just have never seen it. Check your power from your stator and if good check your trigger, if both good most likely the CDI box.

It is a bad kill switch. I unhooked the wires and it fired rite up.
