    Runs rough at slow speed when in gear

    "I have a evinrude 1983 35 hp. "I have a evinrude 1983 35 hp. It starts fine and idles ok, but when I put it in gear it runs rough until given more rpm's. I would say about 1/4 to 1/3 throttle. Any ideas?"
