    9.8 merc water pump issue

    Hey folks, im at a loss here. Was given a 9.8. Got it running but no telltale. Replaced impellar, it was shot. Still no water. Blew through the top end many places, all clear, all the way down to the input tube. Intake grille clear. Lower unit pumps with a drill on the shaft. Removed power head...
