    Engine locked

    Hi Ive been doing some work on my mercury 110. having put the powerhead back on I now find I can't turn the engine over at all. Completely locked. Ive checked the gear shifter position and removed the plugs but its completely solid ?? Any ideas please ? Jon

    Water tube spacer and seal fitting Mercury 110

    Hi my outboard overheated and melted the plastic fitting where the water tube connects with the powerhead. Ive now got a new spacer and seal. The seal has a flat surface and a recessed one. Which way round does it go ? Should it be flush with the lower engine cowl ?

    Blocked water pipe in leg

    Hi trying to fix a friends 2 stroke mercury 110 outboard. He overheated it due to a knackered impeller. I’ve removed the lower unit but the water tube in the main leg seems blocked at the powerhead level. When I flush the tell tail hose it spills down the inside of the leg somewhere (can’t see)...
