    9.9 and 15 2 stroke stalling out

    Greeting all- I have a 1997 Mercury 15hp (2 Stroke) and my brother has a 1998 mercury 9.9hp (2 stroke) THey both work great the first time we fire them up for the day- but once they are shut down and restarted they run for a few minutes and then die out from what sounds like fuel starvation...
