    I have a 1991 Evinrude 70hp outboard. I am having an issue with fuel tank coming out of the throat of the carburetor. I just rebuilt all 3 carburetors and checked the float spec and they were all in spec with what the directions said. Any help is appreciated thanks.

    I am 90 percent it has a VRO pump I know it is oil injected and the oil is separate from the fuel I will look when I get a chance

    Yes the tell tale hose comes off the left side of the block and I’m not sure how to tell if I have the vro pump or not

    I am still getting no spark to the motor. I am not sure if it is bad coils or could it possibly be a stator how do I go about testing the stator if possible thanks

    That’s what I was thinking the fuel pump diaphragm was bad. The engine has been sitting for a while and I know I rebuilt the carburetors correctly and made sure I had the red washer under the brass fitting where the needle valve goes

    I’m not to sure what fuel pump is on the motor. And the tale hose comes out the left side of the motor but exits on the right hand side of the engine
