    Evinrude 50 power loss

    I bought a 2000 Evenrude 50 4 I bought a 2000 Evenrude 50 4 stroke on a 16' Crestliner last summer. Motor starts and runs fine but doesn't have the power I expected. I can't get it to rev in neutral - just jerks like it's getting no gas. In gear it is smooth but I can only get the boat up...
