    1996 Johnson 15hp motor help

    I bought a 1996 Johnson 15hp from a guy at work for $50. He told me it didnt run.. no big deal to me.. First thing i did was pull it to see if it have spark after i pulled plugs... it did. Plugs were a little black but nothing bad. checked to see if fuel was getting in the cylinders...
