    Hi. I’m seeking help with diagnosing my outboard engine. The engine lacks power and responds poorly to the throttle (but no stalling). It runs well and quietly in neutral. The service center initially told me it was the propeller, then the carburetor. Both were replaced, but it didn’t help...
