    I was able to remove the float and cleaned the bowl! Thank you!! I did lap the seat and now it seals. On to the water pump.

    Here are a few more pics, the motor pops right off and runs good, I was not getting any water flow coming through it so I shut it down. I noticed the pin on the carb bowl wound not stay up, so I think the cork float is becoming gas logged. I did remove the lower unit and discovered they was not...
