    Thanks Mark, I suspect Tiara mounted the filters "up" to allow for more space between the engines. I'll go with 51515 I'm not a fan of smaller surface area "shorty" filters.

    Does anyone know what is the correct gasket rebuild kit for a for 1997 454 Xli: I'd like to clean up my TBI's over the winter. I believe it is Kit 1703 based on the attached files. I thought this might relevant to this thread.

    Yes I passed on the boat. Having been involved in restoring mahogany boats I didn't want to have to deal with hunting for specialized rebuild/repair services and scarce engine parts. I've focused my engine search criteria on primarily MPFI systems or carburetors. I appreciate your feedback.
