    50 merc idoling too fast

    Hi guys I have just bought a b Hi guys I have just bought a boat with a 1980 50 horse merc. It seems to start o.k. when cold but after running for a while it is hard to start and idoling fast.I have adjusted the idol out but still idoling fast.
