    454xl crusader with low compression and water in one cylinder

    My port engine has very low compression in #5 cylinder with a small amount of water. The other cylinders are normal. My mechanic is not sure if the problem is on the top end on the bottom end. Engine has 900 hours on it. What are the possible problems?
