    1985 Johnson 70hp - quits at low speed

    Idles fine and runs fine at higher rpm's. While engine is engaged, it occasionally quits at low rpms and then is difficult to restart. There is no obvious pattern to it quitting at low rpm's

    1986 70 hp Johnson - stalls out just above idle

    Idles fine but after it been running for awhile it will occasionally stall out when engaged and running just above idle. You can generally put it back in neutral increase the rpm's take it back down to idle and then engage again Replaced fuel pump, replaced most fuel lines, new plugs, cleaned...
