    I have a 2008 90 hp mercury efi... Motor started bogging down and I noticed the ball wasn't hard. So we pumped it and engine revved back up for a few minutes and would get soft again. Got back to dock , went out next morning to check it out and all I got was long beep and motor wouldn't do...
