    No power to the engine

    I have a 1998 Mariner 150 XL 2-stroke. I disconnected the batteries to do some work on the fuel cell. When I reconnect to the batteries I got nothing at the engine. The tilt motor wouldn't work and there's no power to the engine at all. I checked the main fuse and it was not blown. I am stumped...
