    I have a 95 maxum 2000sr with a 4.3 mercruiser lx. I noticed the power steering pump was about empty. What type of fluid do I need to use? I asked google but google gave me 15 different answers. Any suggestion is appreciated

    Update….it ended up being the engine coupler and the gimbal bearing. Runs great now!

    I was plugging along with my 4.3 met cruiser and all of a sudden it seems like it kicked into neutral or something. The rpm’s stayed high but no power. It would catch just enough at very low rpm’s to get me back to shore. At home it cranks right up but it has a loud clicking noise in the lower...
