    What year BF 9.9?

    I have several outboards but recently acquired a Honda 9.9 4-stroke. My first 4-stroke outboard. But dang, figuring out what year is tough, at least for me. Cowl says "2006 EPA Standard", so I assume 2006 or newer. Serial is BABS-1600782. At least I think it's a 6 for the 2nd digit. Model is...
