    I can't identify my motor bu serial number

    I have not been able to identify my motor in any Mercury database, using the serial number. The serial number is: 4389660 I have also indentified this number on the jug of the motor. It's a 6 HP, need year to start to order some parts. Any additional information is much appreciated!
