    Replacing hoses on a 74 MPI

    I'm wanting to replace all I'm wanting to replace all of my hoses on the closed coolant side on my 1999 454. I am wondering how to do it to minimize spilling antifreeze? Also what is the correct way to properly dispose of old coolant. thanks
