Thanks, I was able to fashion a wheel puller using ratchet strap material looped around each blade. Came off pretty easy. All dried grease inside. Will now do yearly.

A general question here. My owners manual says to gap the NGK plug at .035". NGK (per this site) says to gap the same plug at .028". So I'm confused which I should do?

Just received these gaskets that have the 3'd hole in them with the brass grommet for grounding I guess. Both the thermostat housing and the cover surfaces are flat. Can I still use these? Worried about the the brass not making a tight seal. Or does it crush right down? Thanks, Rich

At least I think it's the inlet. Trying to work thru using new washers etc and having no luck. Right below the inlet nut is a piece that protrudes out about and inch or so, maybe finger size diameter, appears to be some kind of plastic. Does anyone know what it is? It doesn't show...
Is there a general rule of thumb on when to change your transmission fluid? By number of engine hours or age? I couldn't find anything in my old operation manual, only the spec for the fluid.
