    60 hp starter and trim not actuating

    Lowered engine with throttle trim Then tried to start nothing happened Tried to raise trim with both engine switch and throttle did not move either direction heard some clicking. Voltage at engine was 12.5 Pulled batterry and charged Same results 13v at engine also cleaned trim relay contacts

    Alpha drive cant move starboard/port from helm

    Can move it from outside the boat approx 10 deg either way Has been greased and spray lubricant at the steering lever
