    Vacuum problem?

    I just picked up a 1988 searay 100HP mercury engine, 16' bow rider. Stalls when shifting down to idle. removed old gas, new primer bulb and hose. Replaced both filters. When I spray sea foam in the #2 air intake the engine runs smoother. Adjusting the fuel mix screw according to the manual...
