    Evinrude 15 (1999) 4 stroke not peeing correctly

    My Evinrude 15 seems to have a blockage in the water channel from the pump to the outlet. Even with a new impeller the flow is just a trickle. My mechanic is of the opinion that there is a blockage of some kind and that he knows of no way to clear it without complete disassembly of the motor...
