    2004 25hp 2 stroke not getting full power

    I just recently bought a 2004 2 stroke 25hp and it starts up and idles fine but only get about 50% power when wide open it won't even plane the boat out it doesn't seem to have any misses, carb had been rebuilt, one coil replaced. I have changed the spark plugs and cleaned out the carb again...
