    HELP Force 50hp no power

    "I just purchased a 1987 bayli "I just purchased a 1987 bayliner capri 1400 with a force 50hp. It got it up to about 28 mph the first time I took it out,but the idle was off and it got adjusted but now it wont go over 10mph? any ideas?"
