    just got my parts together going to assemble the motor, in the in the prop drive shaft there is a keyway instead of a pin but when i pulled it apart there wasnt a key in it. All of the diagrams I found all have the lining pin. Can i just get a key and kind of fit in there?

    Thanks for the reply's I really apricate it I don't know I will more than likely scrap it I'm not going to put any more money into it.

    mq-10s I took that it was a short shaft because of the s in MQ-10s

    I just bought the damn thing got it home ran it and the lower unit grease had a lot of water in it and a lot of line behind the prop.

    that would mean that the drive shaft would have to go through the middle of spacer? The hole in the end of spacer is too small it wont fit

    I pulled my lower unit apart and the Exhaust housing to impeller spacer fell out when I separated the housings and I can't figure out where it belongs. I would appreciate the help if you could instruct me where it goes and how to get back in place. Thanks
