    96 mercury 115 no spark sensor problem?

    I have a 96 mercury 115 2 stroke. No spark. I removed the black yellow wires on the control box and i have spark if i do that. I narrowed it down to the black yellow wire coming from the RPM limiter that is the problem. I cant fond any info on how the system works. I know that it’s grounding...
